Invoked before an explosion happens. Equivalent to Forge's ExplosionEvent.Start event.

Parameters:

level - The level the explosion is happening in.

explosion - The explosion.

Returns:

A EventResult determining the outcome of the event, the execution of the vanilla explosion may be cancelled by the result.
